4.4 Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund (excluding deposits).
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No-shows will be charged the full service amount.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to provide adequate notice and reschedule at a mutually convenient time.

5. Payments

5.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment by credit/debit card, bank transfer, and cash (for in-person services only). Payment details will be provided during the booking process.

5.3 Payment Security

Online payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.

8.2 Infectious Conditions

For health and safety reasons, we cannot provide Services to clients with contagious skin conditions, eye infections, or other infectious diseases. If you have such a condition, please reschedule your appointment without penalty.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quartz Shore Studio, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
